Summer Break Training is the most important and crucial period for players who want to make significant improvements. To achieve noticeable progress, a player must engage in consistent and intensive training over an extended period. This approach allows for the mastery of necessary skills, development of fitness, strength, and match play tactics, and most importantly, the building of self-confidence to win.

If you or your child wants to beat a player who has always been a tough competitor, it requires sustained, intensive training—summer training is the perfect opportunity to achieve this. The player who is currently better than you is also training, and unless you train harder and more effectively over a longer period, there’s no reason why you would surpass them. Endure the challenging training throughout the summer, and you will smile at the competitions. If you consistently outperform your opponent in daily training, you can defeat them in competition. The outcomes of competitions are determined by the quality of training leading up to them.

Some players wish to win at competitions but train poorly on a daily basis and end up disappointed after losing. To me, that doesn’t make sense at all.
